Well House Yoga is a space for women to establish a rhythm of collecting themselves; heart, soul, mind and body, in the presence of God.
All of the classes at The Well House serve as a moving meditation, incorporating breath, scripture and movement. Participants are led with the intention of practicing a gathered presence of heart, soul, mind and strength as inspired in the book of Mark 12:30.
VINYASA FREE FLOW
An energized breath to movement class which builds a flow then leaves space to practice at the cadence of ones own breath.
VINYASA SLOW FLOW
Perfect for the end of the day, this slow moving class quiets the mind and brings attention to alignment and depth in each posture.
